I regret to announce my withdrawal from race of Karu-Gitata constituency under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party. I use this medium to appreciate the general public for the overwhelming love and support throughout the period of my candidature, seeking to bare the flag of our great party PDP. I am aware that this decision will in no doubt affect majority of my supporters, who believed in me and desire a better representation than what we are having now, but I make bold to say that my decision to withdraw from the race is born out of my uppermost loyalty to the people democratic party, our stakeholders and members of the general public, to which reasons and consultations were prevailed upon.  I hereby withdraw from the race, for the sake of our great party, the PDP and for the overall benefit and Interest of our people. Hon. Tafida Bala Ahmed Aliyu says that he is more competent and experienced to occupy the vacant seat of Nasarawa West Senatorial District at the National Assembly (NASS). It would be recalled that Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, has been elected and inaugurated as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), leaving the Nasarawa West Senatorial Seat vacant at the NASS. Hon. Tafida who's vying for the vacant seat also said that he has what it takes to take the Senatorial Zone to the next level of rapid development and career personal goals, if elected. He added that he will continue to solicit the support of delegates of the People's Democratic Party from the Nasarawa West senatorial district to enable him win the forthcoming primaries of the PDP. Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, has submitted his nomination and expression of interest forms to the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Engineer Sule submitted the completed forms to the National Organising Secretary of the party, Suleiman Argungu, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, on Monday. This is just as the Governor hinted that, in spite of the high number of aspirants seeking to fly the flag of the ruling party for the presidential election, only the best will eventually emerge as the presidential candidate of the party. Scribe of the People's Democratic Party, PDP has issued a statement on the postponement of her primaries. The adjustments made by our great party on its election timetable shows that the date for state house of assembly primaries have been changed from today, May 7, 2022. To be conducted on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. The change on it's election timetable will afford me the opportunity to continue my engagement with critical stakeholders, particularly delegates and party executives with the mandate to partake in the selection process of the party's flagbearee for state house of assembly general election in 2023. I am not unaware of the plans by desperate individuals planning to discredit me at all cost declaring oppression pull him down before it's too late (operation give him a bad name at all cost) but unfortunately these group of persons never knew or pretend to be unaware that everyone is a product of grace and this grace is not the same. We set up a loan micro-credit schemes of 50million naira where a local business woman in BAD, Keffi-Wambai, Ashangwa, Agwatashi, Akeleku can access loan for Business and the return capital after a window of period.
